Return Timeframe
We accept returns within 7 days of your purchase delivery date.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Options
You may choose a full refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different product.
Exchanges
Customers may exchange defective items for a different size or scent if available. (Customer is responsible for price difference)
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged, in which case we will provide a pre-paid label, or other means of return.
Exceptions
Final sale items, items purchased with gift cards (unless deemed defective), and items that have been personalized are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
